Return Refund Policy Effective June 2009
BCTS wants you to be happy with your transaction. In that vein, we have the following Refund/Return Policy.

Laptop Repair Anywhere:
All repairs are warranted for 45 days. Email us with the issue as soon as you notice the issue. We will contact you to try and resolve the issue. In the event we cannot resolve it, you may need to ship the item back to us with the original invoice included and we will attempt to fix the issue. If we cannot fix the issue to your satisfaction your labor costs may be refunded dependig on the situation.

Hardware:
Anything sold on eBay or Craigslist is NOT warranted in any way that is not specified in the listing. Refunds will ONLY be given if the item is lost in transit and cannot be located by the shipping company. In that case you may be refunded the purchase price, not the shipping costs.
